To rent a space, please use the form to the right (or below if you are on a phone) to select and rent your desired quantity of spaces. We have four options available:
- Single space: $25
- Double space: $40
- Triple space: $60
- Quad space: $80

General Information
- It is encouraged to provide payment for the space no later than Thurs, October 16th. If payment will be made the day of the event, it will be collected upon arrival prior to the vendor setting up the space (cash only).
- Set up can begin at 6am the morning of the event.
- Upon arrival, drive to the upper parking lot to be checked in and to verify payment for the space if pre-payment has been made. Please do not set up first.
- Spaces will be provided on a first come-first served basis and can be chosen by the vendor. A church representative will escort the vendor to choose their space.
- Vehicles can be temporarily parked in the upper parking lot of the church for unloading purposes only. Once unloading is complete, all vehicles must immediately be moved to the street or to the lower parking lot.
- Only the actual space will be provided. The vendor must bring tables, chairs, etc.
- There will be hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, baked goods and beverages for sale during the event.
- The event will end promptly at 2pm. Request that all vendor spaces be cleared of any remaining contents NO LATER THAN 2pm. Trash cans will be very limited so request that vendors take large volumes of trash with them. The field should be completely devoid of trash, etc. after the event.
- In case of inclement weather and the Yard Sale is canceled, please either call the church office at 301-627-4200 (there will be a message ONLY if there is a cancellation), or check the church website at www.spmoravian.org. A decision to cancel will be made by 5:30am on Sat, October 25th.
