St. Paul's Music Ministry

During the Pandemic our Choir is not able to meet in person. We have opportunities for soloists, vocal or instrumental, to perform for our worship services. Contact the church office to learn about volunteering.

Our historic Hook and Hastings 13-rank pipe organ, built in 1873 and restored in 1993, accompanies the worship services.  In addition, the church has an Irmler studio piano and a Technics digital keyboard for accompanying contemporary Christian music.

Choir director and organist Barbara Masters has taught music at Queen Anne School, St. Anselm's Abbey School, Prince George's Community College, and has published organ and choral music.

Those involved in the music ministry are grateful for the opportunity to praise God through the beauty of sacred music.  We enjoy our fellowship together and are always eager to increase the size of the choir.  Anyone who enjoys singing would be most welcome!  Interested singers may contact Barbara Masters at the church number: 301-627-4200.
